I have a very very VERY bad habit which is nail biting.
I have this bad habit since young. I tried to stop, but I'd stop just for awhile, like a month?
It's kinda addicting. Just like smokers that wish to stop smoking but failed.
I will bite my nails when I'm nervous, stress, worry, and even when I've got nothing to do.
What should I do to stop nail biting? hmmm...
